[00:00:20.210] - Candi Broeffle
Good morning and welcome to Green Tea Conversations, the radio show that delves into the pages of Natural Awakenings magazine to bring you the local experts who share their progressive ideas and the latest information and insights needed so you can lead your best life. I'm your host, Candi Broeffle, publisher of the TwinCities edition of Natural Awakenings magazine, and I am honored to bring these experts to you. So today on our show, we have kind of a twofer today. So for the first half of our show, we are going to be visiting with our friend Nea Clare, who is with Yesward Coaching. And then in the second half of our show, we'll be visiting with Annette Rugolo, who is with Annette Rugolo. And so we will be talking to two different people about two different events that are coming up very soon and events that I am just really excited to share with our audience because it is time. It is time for us to get back together and to start to make those connections again. And it feels like it's really time for us to really learn in a deeper way. So to start us off, I am going to welcome into the studio Nea Clare, who is with, as I said earlier, Yesward Coaching.

[00:01:34.410] - Candi Broeffle
Nea is a transformational life coach and Life Mastery teacher who lights up the people she works with. Welcome back to the show Nea.

[00:01:43.980] - Nea Clare
Thanks, Candi. That's great. I love it.

[00:01:48.310] - Candi Broeffle
So you have been with us quite a few times before. Most of the times when you come, you are coming to share a new idea, a new class, a new opportunity for people. And we often talk about your work as a coach. So you've been a coach for the last eight years.

[00:02:05.060] - Nea Clare
Yeah.

[00:02:05.580] - Candi Broeffle
And so a lot of the work that you do that we're bringing to our listeners is around your coaching. But the thing is that you also channel. And that's something that I don't think we've talked a lot with you about.

[00:02:18.950] - Nea Clare
I don't think we have.

[00:02:22.090] - Candi Broeffle
So I am going to ask you to introduce yourself from the channeling perspective and tell us kind of about your journey with that, how you got into it, and when you notice that it was something that you could do and then kind of the work that you've done since then, great.

[00:02:39.000] - Nea Clare
I'd love to tell you, coaching and channeling evolved almost the exact same time. So it was about seven and a half years ago that I started channeling. And when I say started channeling, it's when I started paying attention to that gift, I think now, knowing I've had some aspect of that in my life, my whole life, but didn't really know it, I just assumed everybody was having conversations with higher entities or whatever that looks like. And so what happened was about the same time that I started coaching, I got into Reiki. And Reiki is energy healing and it just clicked for me. And as I practiced that, I started to get messages, I started to receive visions and messages and almost a knowing this is the best way I can put it, it's a knowing that is so ingrained in me that the words come before my brain can catch up to them. And I remember being very reluctant to share because that was not the direction I wanted to go in with my life. And that reluctance kind of kept me from speaking out and sharing with other people in my circle these things that were coming through because I thought, well, that was weird.

[00:04:06.250] - Nea Clare
It's weird to have this experience and I wasn't sure what it was. And right around the same time I connected with somebody I hadn't talked to in years and years and years and they said, oh, I think you're channeling, I think you're channeling. And I went, oh, tell me more. And we got to talking about it and I started paying attention to it and I will say it was like a toe in, I really wasn't all in. But as I started exploring it, as I started leaning into that experience, I started receiving messages and I got the inspiration to gathering groups and I brought groups of people together and shared messages that came through me. And so I think the big question is what is this thing you call channeling?

[00:04:57.490] - Candi Broeffle
I was just asking what is this thing called? Channeling?

[00:05:04.460] - Nea Clare
Yeah, channeling is in some ways we all have it, there's an aspect that we all have and channeling is inspired thought it's inspired like that experience where we get that AHA moment, that experience of ideation that lands at just the right time. But for me, in the way that I work, I allow these messages and they come with I work with Archangels, ascended masters and also a super conscious collective called the how, the harmonic alignment and oneness that I've been working with since I was pregnant with my daughter three and a half years ago, or four years ago. Way it goes quick and they speak through me. And what that means is that my consciousness, my conscious self leaves my body and allows my body, my physical body, my vocal cords, my mouth, my eyes, my energy to be used to convey messages. And we all get messages all the time, we get inspiration, sometimes through prayer, sometimes through meditation. So why is channeling important? I think the big thing that channeling allows is human beings really rely on sight and on their senses. And the more senses that are activated, the more they can hear and experience the information that is coming, it becomes more real and more tangible to them.

[00:06:42.350] - Nea Clare
And so channeling is a very important tool and a very important resource for people. And so, as weird as it is, and I'll say it, I find it to be weird still. It's always been a really amazingly positive experience for me and the people that I work with.

[00:07:03.690] - Candi Broeffle
You know, it is so interesting because we have said before, we've talked before about this, but we all have intuitive intuition, we all have intuitive hits and we all have the ability to be able to hear or see or feel from the other side. I mean, that we all have that connection. Absolutely. It's just to the degree that we're connected to it and in the degree that we actually participate in it. So for some people, they might see a vision, right? They might see something that tells them that they get visions of different scenes almost, that they're talking out. So they might not hear something, but they're seeing it. Other people will hear it. They'll hear the sounds or the voices or the information coming in that way and other people feel it more. I mean, I don't know, but I would say probably most of the people feel it, but we don't necessarily trust it.

[00:08:08.950] - Nea Clare
I think you nailed it. I think that's really true because we're taught at a very young age not to pay attention to our inner wisdom. And it's not any judgment that I'm placing on that this isn't about going into trauma. It's a safety thing and it's a control thing that how do we teach people to follow the rules or to do what's necessary or right? Sometimes our inner feelings don't match up with that. And so it kind of gets worked out of our conscious self and it reverts back to this subconscious awareness that only every now and then comes up. And the more that we bring our attention to it, the more we start to notice it, the more it moves up into that conscious awareness. And hopefully we begin to trust it. We begin to know that it's always working for us, it's always working in our best interest. And whether we get messages or whether it's an inspiration or just that gut feeling like don't go this way, paying attention to that is critical in our life.

[00:09:18.930] - Candi Broeffle
And I see it so much more now than I ever have before. I don't know if it's the time that we're in, what it is, but we just have these more intuitive hits now, I think, than we ever have before. And I'm saying this not just from my perspective, but from the people I coach, from the people I hang out with, or the people you meet who talk about that. I don't know what it was, but I just had this feeling and I decided not to do this or this person. I just had a feeling about this person and I walked away and then I found out this. So it's that being able to trust what the messages or the senses or the sounds, whatever it is that we're getting and you are taking, it kind of that next level, which is how do you help others with that gift that you have honed in on. And I do have to say, and I will say this, that I've worked with you several times on this and you are amazing.

[00:10:25.600] - Annette Rugolo
Thank you.

[00:10:26.220] - Candi Broeffle
You are amazing when it comes to this. I mean, you are amazing as a coach as well. But the intuition and the messages that you can deliver to people is it can be very comforting, it can be very enlightening, it can be very confirming. But I think you've always been right.

[00:10:53.290] - Nea Clare
It's funny. So much of it is when we think about these things, we think about psychics, we think about intuition, is about telling you the future. So we want to focus on more about looking at possibilities and different perspectives. And that's really where we access that inner wisdom.

[00:11:12.730] - Candi Broeffle
Yeah. So when we come back, we're going to talk about an event you have coming up called The Light Up. And we'll get into more about what that is all about. So, for people who want to learn more about Nea and the work she does, or to schedule an appointment, visit YeswardCoaching.com and that's YeswardCoaching.com. To read the online version of Natural Awakenings magazine, visit NaturalTwinCities.com. You can find a podcast of this show on AM950Radio.com, on Apple and Google Podcasts. And anywhere you get your podcast. You're listening to Green Tea Conversations on AM950 the Progressive Voice of Minnesota. And we will be right back. Welcome back to Green Tea Conversation. I'm your host, Candi Broeffle, publisher of the Twin Cities edition of Natural Awakenings magazine. And today on our show, we are welcoming back Nea Clare of Yesward Coaching. Nea is a transformational life coach and life mastery teacher who lights up the people she works with. And I really wanted to share that with people because you have a new event that you have that's going to be starting next Sunday, August 28, and it is called The Light Up with Nea Clare.

[00:12:45.810] - Candi Broeffle
Yes.

[00:12:47.030] - Nea Clare
So I am so excited.

[00:12:49.850] - Candi Broeffle
So let's start off by, first of all, tell us what the event is and then we'll dig in deeper about how you got started with it and kind of what led up to it.

[00:12:59.390] - Nea Clare
So it is a new way of doing a group channel event. I really wanted to create a channeling event, but I wanted to do it so it wasn't just a bunch of people getting together and just coming in. Maybe it's me, I'm a raging extrovert and I just want to be around people. I want us to come together. I want us to have an experience. And I was inspired a few years ago about another event that I went to. And so what we're doing is we're creating a space where there will be a very curated group of vendors and practitioners and we'll have a guest, featured guest at every event. And then we'll go into a live channeled, Q and A that opens it up to the audience. And we're doing this in a theater setting in northeast Minneapolis at St.

[00:13:51.590] - Candi Broeffle
Yes. So you said it's at the Strike Theater on Sunday, August 28, and that's in northeast Minneapolis. So the door is open at 05:00 P.m.. And how much are the tickets?

[00:14:04.070] - Nea Clare
$20.

[00:14:06.110] - Candi Broeffle
Just $20?

[00:14:07.660] - Nea Clare
Just $20.

[00:14:08.960] - Candi Broeffle
That is amazing. And you really want to make sure? I want to just let people know the space is limited. There are going to be a limited number of tickets available, so if you're interested, not go early. Go early to the website and buy your tickets because there may not be tickets available at the door.

[00:14:31.910] - Nea Clare
That's right.

[00:14:32.920] - Candi Broeffle
And since this is your first one, not really sure how that's going to look, but we really are encouraging people to buy their tickets early in order to make sure that they have the ability to be a part of the event. So you said you want each one to be different, and we only talked about one, but you actually have three that you have on your schedule already. So the first one is in August, and then you have one later September and later in October.

[00:14:59.170] - Nea Clare
Yes. So September 25 to October 23. I want to see how it's going to go. I have a vision, and sometimes the vision needs to be tweaked or adjusted, but I am feeling a pull for people really wanting to come together. And it's kind of like we need to break through that comfort of being in our homes, of doing what we always do and be willing to get out and take that action. So the price point is low. That's not going to be a barrier. The location is close. That's not going to be a barrier. We have enough room. That's not going to be a barrier. And it's going to be delightful and fun. So who doesn't want to be there? That's what we're creating.

[00:15:45.660] - Candi Broeffle
So tell us about that more. What do people expect? So I get there at 05:00, and the doors open.

[00:15:51.850] - Nea Clare
The doors open, and there will be there's a foyer at Strike Theater where we will have a premier vendor in at our first session on August 28. Carolyn Vinup will be there of Gateways to Brilliant, and she'll be doing a guided meditation with Crystal bowls. And then we have our premier vendor who will be there, and that is Collective Dimensions in Crystal, there are metaphysical shops, so they'll be selling their wares. And then we'll have three practitioners who will be offering little mini sessions, and there's time to mingle and connect and see people and get questions answered before the doors open for the event at.

[00:16:35.090] - Candi Broeffle
06:00 P.m.. And so the practitioners who are going to be there, what kind of services are they offering?

[00:16:41.140] - Nea Clare
We have reiki this time. Every time will be different. So we have reiki, we have mini craniosacral adjustments. We've got some intuitive card pulling. That's going to be happening. So we'll be doing all sorts of different things.

[00:16:58.160] - Candi Broeffle
That is really cool. So it's almost like if people have gone to like a mini event or like a big expo that you're going all day and kind of taking part in things. But this is like almost like a mini expo. But then you have your channeled event that starts at 06:00 p.m.. Yes.

[00:17:18.060] - Nea Clare
And we will kick it off with Carolyn, like I mentioned, during a guided meditation with everyone and really setting the tone of the entire event, setting the energy with the crystal balls. And then I will move into I'll come out and we'll be doing some channeling with the group. There'll be a message for the entire group and the opportunities for questions and answers from the audience.

[00:17:42.190] - Candi Broeffle
And when you say questions and answers, kind of give us an idea what that's like. People haven't attended one of your channeling events before, what can they expect?

[00:17:50.910] - Nea Clare
So in the smaller group sessions that I've done, usually everyone gets a question in this venue. It's going to be too big for me to be that will be there for two weeks to be able to get all of the questions. And so what we're going to do is a lottery poll. And if you want a question, you'll be able to just request that you'll get a number and we'll pull the number and you'll be able to ask a question of the collective that I work with and they will answer. And so the questions you can ask whatever you like. But I really encourage people to think about what are the things that you've been stuck with, what are the challenges you've been facing, what are the insights that you need that you can't quite reach yourself. Because this is being in audience with beings who understand your soul, understand every aspect of you. And so you could ask, what kind of sandwich should I have next week? And you'll get that answer, but is that really going to help you? Or you could ask a question that will really support you. And the beauty is, whether you get a question or not, everyone in the audience has served because someone's question is exactly the question you're asking.

[00:18:58.340] - Nea Clare
And the answer is not meant just for them, it's meant for the entire group.

[00:19:02.850] - Candi Broeffle
That's what's so cool about it. I've been to your events before and I've often thought, oh, I don't want to ask a question because there's so many people here and so many people who need to have this opportunity and I can connect with you almost any time I want, so I'll just let somebody else ask the question. But then inevitably, the question that I had gets answered by someone else's question that has been asked.

[00:19:30.200] - Nea Clare
And I think that comes from holding. One of the things that I've learned over the years is that I hold the intention that only that which is in everyone including me, everyone's highest good is coming through. And so it's rarely morbid, it's rarely dark, or it just doesn't come up. It's really uplifting because the goal is to offer awareness, enlightenment, clarity, so that you can move from to that next step. If it keeps you stuck, if it keeps you feeling shamed or down or afraid or uncertain, that kind of negates the entire point. So we're holding that intention of what will help move you forward. And that has been the energy of what I've been creating for eight years, and I haven't had anybody come up and say, oh, that didn't work. So we keep going.

[00:20:24.100] - Candi Broeffle
Boy, that was a waste of my time. It does not happen. And the best part is, too, I think what's really cool about the event that you're putting together is, like you said, each event will be different because there will be a different featured guest, there will be different services that are offered. So when people come, each time will be a different curated opportunity. So if you miss something, you're going to miss it. You don't have the opportunity to come back. You're not recording it, you're not going to show it to anybody that way. So I love that it's kind of bringing together people who have, like, minds. It's time for us to get back together, and it's time for us to really be able to do that in a smart way and be able to connect again. And I know one of the things is for people who might like myself, who might be concerned about rising cases of colbid and that type of thing as well, I've been particularly, really careful because of the clients that I take care of. But the Strike Theater actually has a requirement that people wear masks.

[00:21:40.660] - Nea Clare
Yes, and we're sticking with that. One of the neat parts about the Strike Theater, first of all, they are an improv theater. I am connected to improv through my brother, and I love this theater. It's just wonderful. And whatever we can do to uplift the space and be there and it's the right space at this time, I thought, well, if all you need me to do is wear a mask, we can wear masks. So that's what we're doing.

[00:22:08.940] - Candi Broeffle
Exactly. So, yeah, what a great opportunity. I mean, come together, be with other people who you can connect with and maybe make some new friends. Have a fun evening of getting some services that maybe you've been kind of wanting to kind of dabble in a little bit, but you weren't so sure about it. This is a really non committal way of having to do that, of doing that. Right. Get the opportunity to try it with the people who are going to be there and then to be able to do it. Plus, you get to support Northeast Minneapolis.

[00:22:40.540] - Nea Clare
Exactly.

[00:22:43.030] - Candi Broeffle
Go to one of the local restaurants or coffee shop, be there with your friends. Have a fun night out.

[00:22:49.230] - Nea Clare
Yes, it's an uplifting experience in an uplifting area. It's creative, it's filled with so much energy, and sometimes we forget it's right there. So this is the invitation to come in, to be with people, you know, and create something uplifting and exponential for all of us.

[00:23:10.520] - Candi Broeffle
Well, I will be there, and I'm really looking forward to it. So for any of the listeners, I'd love to connect with you as well. So come join us next Sunday at August 28. Doors open at 05:00 p.m. And for people who want to purchase their tickets, you can go directly to Nea's website, which is YeswardCoaching.com. And that's YeswardCoaching.com. Nea, thank you so much for being with us. It is always a pleasure to have you in the studio.

[00:23:42.070] - Nea Clare
Thank you so much for having me, Candi.

[00:23:44.190] - Candi Broeffle
And we will be right back. Welcome back to green tea conversations. I'm your host, Candi Broeffle, and we are now inviting into our studio our friend Annette Rugolo. Annette is an environmental healer, global teacher and speaker, and the author of the book Soul Whisper releasing Lost Souls. Welcome back to the show, Annette.

[00:24:17.750] - Annette Rugolo
Thank you, Candi. It's always awesome to be here with you.

[00:24:22.550] - Candi Broeffle
So we just got done with an interview with Nea Clare and I did want to mention to people that you are going to be at one of Mia's events. You're going to be one of her guests, guest presenters at her second event, which is in September.

[00:24:40.390] - Annette Rugolo
September, yes.

[00:24:42.030] - Candi Broeffle
Very cool. So for people who are going to Nea's event in September, we'll get the opportunity to meet Annette there as well. But for right now, we are talking about a really neat event that you have coming up in September called the Fall Equinox Retreat, which is happening right here in Minnesota.

[00:25:02.510] - Annette Rugolo
Yes. I'm so excited about it.

[00:25:05.310] - Candi Broeffle
Okay, so let's get into this and tell us a bit about how this all came about for you, kind of what brought you to wanting to put together this retreat right now. Yes.

[00:25:18.150] - Annette Rugolo
So I have been facilitating leading retreats for the last 15 years, and the three places I always go to are Stonehenge, Sedona, Mount Chasta, Northern California, and I always check in, tune in to see where do I need to take people to every year. And so this year I got like no, not to Mount Chest, not any of those places. Nothing came up. And about a little over a month ago, I just really felt drawn and felt very strong that bring people to Minneapolis. And I've lived in Minneapolis for ten years now, and I've done a lot of meditation, a lot of dowsing, a lot of bringing people to these, what are called power centers around Minneapolis. And the message that kept coming through is like, focus where you live, start where you are, and build up the energy here and we'll talk about that a little bit more. I'm sure during the interview, but it's like every time we go to a power center, so there's beautiful power centers around the planet where people go to to be uplifted, and every time we go there, it adds to that energy of that power center.

[00:27:07.630] - Annette Rugolo
And one of the things that really came clear this year is we have these amazing power centers right here in our own city. Let's add to that energy. Let's create more power and more connection here where we live. It's like, of course. Right.

[00:27:32.650] - Candi Broeffle
Well, it makes so much sense, really, when you think about it, that Minneapolis would be considered a power center. Right. It is almost exactly in the middle of North America.

[00:27:46.030] - Annette Rugolo
Yes.

[00:27:46.960] - Candi Broeffle
It's like part of North America. And both you and I, we've talked about this before. How many new people we meet who are moving to Minneapolis? I moved here just from Moose Lake. But how many people are moving here from other states who are very energetically connected?

[00:28:07.570] - Annette Rugolo
Yes. They're drawn here and they don't know why sometimes, but they're drawn here.

[00:28:14.680] - Candi Broeffle
Yeah. Most don't think, boy, I want to go to Minnesota in the middle of November.

[00:28:18.870] - Annette Rugolo
Right.

[00:28:21.070] - Candi Broeffle
Or worse yet, the middle of February.

[00:28:23.210] - Annette Rugolo
Yeah, right.

[00:28:24.620] - Candi Broeffle
But they know they want to be here. Right.

[00:28:26.720] - Annette Rugolo
Right. So one of the things, when I moved here ten years ago, when I started meeting people, I was amazed at the teachers. The people that have been here over the last 20, 30, 40 years that I either read about or heard about that were these powerful people that were creating transformation and raising the consciousness of this area. There has been a foundation that has already been energetically established here. And now what I feel like I'm called to do is build on that foundation. Let's make it even stronger. Let's make it more powerful.

[00:29:19.330] - Candi Broeffle
So tell us about your retreat. Now, this is very limited. You only have room for twelve people in the retreat.

[00:29:28.150] - Annette Rugolo
Yes.

[00:29:29.030] - Candi Broeffle
And you maybe have half of the spots available as we speak.

[00:29:34.500] - Annette Rugolo
Correct.

[00:29:34.900] - Candi Broeffle
So tell us what makes us, like, who is this for in particular?

[00:29:40.870] - Annette Rugolo
So when I do retreats, there's three different types of retreats that draw people together. So there's different aspects of things that happen. So when I first started believing retreats, I brought a lot of people together that ended up clearing karma. Like, we were moving some dense energy either in the group or in the land. We came together to just shift energy to do some transformation work. Then there's other groups that have come together to be in service or to shift the paradigm. Each group that comes together is drawn to do something. And this particular retreat, the souls that are coming together on a soul level, they may not be aware of it on a personality level, but they're coming together to be in service to the planet. It's important to build up the energy to raise the vibration of our planet right now. And as we come together for this retreat, like you said earlier, we're basically at the heart of the center of the North American continent. We're going to be connecting with the heart. This area has so much heart energy in it. And this is what we're going to be focusing on and expanding not only for ourselves, not only for Minneapolis, but for the entire North American continent.

[00:31:12.670] - Candi Broeffle
Well, it's so interesting the way that you bring people together. We often hear in our circle of people who do the work, the same type of work we do, that we need to trust the process. And if you are somebody who likes to kind of control the way things happen, I find it so interesting the way that you put together your retreats because you put together the details and then you just allow to have whatever happens, happen.

[00:31:44.170] - Annette Rugolo
Yep. And I trust as the energy goes out, the message goes out. And it's so interesting, the people that have signed up already, they read the email or they heard the information, and there was this instantaneous I've got to be there. Like, they're just instantly drawn and trusting that it's like, okay, I don't know why, I don't know exactly all the details that are going to happen, but I need to be there. And that is their soul calling them.

[00:32:18.730] - Candi Broeffle
And there are people listening to this show who are having that same feeling right now. And I always love this when things are put together in a good way for the right reasons, the right people come together, and it's just expanding out your circle a little bit more. You have a great community of people who you work with a lot, but it's almost like there's a couple of other people that are needed in this. So we're expanding it out a little bit more to see who is going to be drawn into this as well.

[00:32:57.610] - Annette Rugolo
The beautiful part of retreats is there's no prerequisite, there's no classes that you have to take. There's nothing that you have to do before you come to a retreat. You basically show up.

[00:33:14.270] - Nea Clare
Yes.

[00:33:15.260] - Annette Rugolo
And it's like, okay. And like I said, it's like your soul calling you to that energy, that group, that purpose, that service, and you just allow things to unfold in a beautiful way.

[00:33:36.130] - Candi Broeffle
And that's so important to know. So basically what you're saying is if you are feeling like, this might be for me, but I don't know enough about it, or I don't know if I can do what it is that needs to be done, trust in the process that you are being called to do it, and all of it will unfold in front of you.

[00:33:54.840] - Annette Rugolo
Yes, absolutely.

[00:33:57.070] - Candi Broeffle
This is really cool. So you have your event is starting on a Friday, a Monday. Oh, I'm going to try that again. All right, so your event is starting on Monday, September 19, and at 06:30. P.m.. So you're coming together in the evening and kind of bringing people together and what's going to happen on that first night.

[00:34:27.470] - Annette Rugolo
So the first night we're going to it's kind of like getting to know each other, who's all showing up and introducing each other. But that evening, the group will be prepared for the work that we're going to be doing for the next three days. And I don't want to call it work. It's not work. It's play. It's fun, it's very joyful. But what I love to do in groups is create a unified field where we all connect and support each other. You're going to learn about what we're going to be doing over those three days, and it's setting the stage for the rest of the three days, the rest of the retreat.

[00:35:18.770] - Candi Broeffle
That is awesome. So we're going to come back and we're going to get into what all of the time looks like. We're going to go through each day of your agenda. So for people who want to learn more about the retreat or the work that Annette does, visit AnnettRugolo.com. And that's AnnetteRugolo.com. You're listening to Green Tea Conversations on AM950 the Progressive Voice of Minnesota, and we will be right back. Welcome back to green tea conversations. I'm your host, Candi Broeffle, and today we are visiting with Annette Rugolo, environmental healer, global teacher and speaker, and author of the book Soul Whisper releasing Love Souls. So, Annette, we were starting to talk about your new retreat that's coming up in September called the Fall Equinox Retreat, which is being held right here in Minneapolis at different locations throughout Minneapolis. So we talked about your Friday night, kind of getting to know each other, gathering and preparing for the rest of the time together. And then Monday I'm sorry. And then Tuesday morning, you really kind of kick off the play, as you say, instead of work the play that's going to happen over the next several days.

[00:36:45.120] - Candi Broeffle
So it looks like, according to your agenda, that you'll be meeting at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum.

[00:36:50.970] - Annette Rugolo
Yes. So that's where we're going to be starting. If you've ever been to the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum during this entire retreat, it's important to create that balance, this perfect balance of masculine and feminine energy. So these power centers are the perfect balance. So every place I've chosen is in that beautiful balance of energy. So if you think about the Minnesota Arboretum, this beautiful beauty, it's lush plants and trees, and there's a power center there where we're going to connect, do a little meditation. But I'm also going to teach about the elementals, the light beings that are working with us in nature. So it's really important that we ground ourselves when we do these meditations. It's not about leaving our bodies and going somewhere else and having these magical experiences, but we really need to start from a grounded place. So the Minnesota Arboretum is going to be that grounding energy that we begin the meditation or the retreat with. So then there's a beautiful cafeteria. There lots of tables. We can eat outside. Almost every part of the retreat is outside, which is great. We're going to really focus on great weather. But then we're going to have lunch at the arboretum, and from there we go to Lake Minnetonka.

[00:38:32.970] - Annette Rugolo
So there's this beautiful powerful vortex in the center of the lake. So the rest of the day will be at Lake Minnetonka. We're going to start with somebody coming in to lead us in some Chi Gong exercises at the shores of Lake Minnetonka. We're going to go on a pontoon ride to the center of the lake, to the center. But we are going to be out on the water. So we're going to have that element of water in our meditation as well. And that's going to be a fun experience as well. So that's Tuesday.

[00:39:17.970] - Candi Broeffle
So Tuesday is spent at the arboretum and at Lake Minnetonka, really connecting in with nature. And then Wednesday, what does Wednesday look like in the morning?

[00:39:30.400] - Annette Rugolo
So we're going to be at Mini Haja Falls in the morning. And our friend Nea, who is very clear channel, is going to be doing some channeling for us at Minneja Falls. I've taken groups there, dousing classes to do some clearing work. There's a beautiful positive vortex. So in this entire process, we're going to be doing some dowsing. So if you know how to douse, bring your dowsing rods along. We're going to find ley lines. There's this beautiful field in Minneapa Falls Park. So we're going to be exploring some of the energies of the land and what's creating these power centers. So then there's another cafeteria there. We're going to have lunch, and in the afternoon we're going to the, I believe it's called the Minnesota Peace Garden, the Lyndon Park. I've done some work with a group of dowsers there as well. So there's another beautiful positive vortex there that we're going to be connecting with activating. And one of the things that's really important I want to mention is all of these power centers are connected with each other. So there is something called ley lines around our planet in the etheric field.

[00:41:05.130] - Annette Rugolo
And during this retreat, we're going to be connecting consciously with our intention, these power centers together to amplify the light and the energy of this entire area.

[00:41:24.030] - Candi Broeffle
So for people who might not be aware, what do you mean when you say positive vortex?

[00:41:30.640] - Annette Rugolo
Positive vortex is created by the ley lines. So there are etheric field around the planet created by these ley lines. And when the ley lines cross at a perfect 90 degree angle, it creates this wonderful uplifting energy. So you can stand in these positive vortexes and you're going to have that experience as we go to these places and feel this beautiful uplifting energy that easily connects you to your higher self, to the universe to higher vibrations. And that's what draws people to these power centers around the planet. They go there and they feel inspired and uplifted and expanded and amazing. But we have them here too. And that's what I want to introduce people too.

[00:42:22.820] - Candi Broeffle
I think it's really neat. We've talked before about when we were talking about dowsing and space clearing in our homes, how there's often positive vortexes right within your home. But what you were saying earlier is that the more people that visit the power, the positive vortexes, the more energy that is created. So when you think about places like Stonehenge and Mount Shasta and Sedona, people go there for that reason and thus increasing that energy. So when people go there, they feel it so much more because of how much more powerful it is. But there are those centers in many places, including in our homes.

[00:43:06.200] - Annette Rugolo
Yes. So to find a positive vortex, we're going to be talking about that during the retreat as well, like how to go back after the retreat and stay in that positive energy. A lot of times people go to these power centers, then go home, and it's like, it feels like they lost that connection. So how do we maintain that connection even after this amazing, powerful retreat? We don't want to lose that inspiration, that alignment, that expansion.

[00:43:36.690] - Candi Broeffle
Yes.

[00:43:37.250] - Annette Rugolo
So we're going to talk about that as well.

[00:43:39.210] - Candi Broeffle
So then on the last day of the retreat, you're actually going to Kinstone Standing Stones, which is in Fountain City, Wisconsin.

[00:43:47.360] - Annette Rugolo
Yes, I've been there a few times. This is a place a friend of mine, Don Morningstar, created, summer solstice. So I was just there in June for the summer solstice. And it is again a power center, and I call it a mini stonehenge, but again, the ley lines of these different places. One of the things I realized when I was there for the summer solstice, the person that created that standing stone in Kinstone intuitively connected that space with a ley line that's connected in stonehenge. So it's a connection, it's activated. So we're going to do some ceremony there. And that is the fall equinox, the energy of the fall equinox. And there's an alignment that happens. So we're going to be really creating ceremony and really expanding the light there for this area.

[00:44:58.330] - Candi Broeffle
So there is a lot included in this registration and in being a part of this. So the price of the registration is $898 for the three day retreat. And that includes all of these activities, all of these events that you are putting together. And plus it includes your welcome night appetizers and beverages, admission into the arboretum, your Pontoon ride, the transportation to Kinstone, admission into Kinstone, lunch at Kinstone. There's a lot, a farewell dinner that you have as well. So there is a lot that's included in their registration. But the important thing is that this is there are people who are being called to do this, and it might not be something that they have ever thought about doing before, but if you are getting that intuitive hit that this is something you should be a part of, then really go to a net website and register. There are not going to be a lot of spaces for this. So we want to make sure the people who are supposed to be there.

[00:46:10.270] - Annette Rugolo
So one thing to add to that, I do have an early registration price available for people that register before September 1, and the early registration price is 698.

[00:46:25.910] - Candi Broeffle
Wow. That's a huge discount.

[00:46:29.310] - Annette Rugolo
Huge discount.

[00:46:30.610] - Candi Broeffle
Yes. I really want to make the time to do that.

[00:46:34.200] - Annette Rugolo
Yes. So I really want to make it affordable for people that are called to be here. And, yes, it's going to be an amazing, amazing retreat.

[00:46:46.450] - Candi Broeffle
